To be considered for placement at Jr Greater Legacy, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Income Verification
Applicants must have a verifiable source of income, such as:
We accept a variety of income and funding sources.
3. Participation & House Structure
Must be willing to live in a shared, structured environment and follow basic house rules designed to support community, safety, and respect.
4. Mental Health Stability
Applicants must be mentally stable and, if receiving mental health treatment, must be actively participating in care (with or without a therapist or case manager).
5. Substance Use Policy
Applicants must be clean and sober upon entry.
We welcome individuals in active recovery or sober living, but no substance use is permitted on the premises.

Referrals from agencies, reentry programs, or case managers are encouraged but not required.
